Some information on the kit needed for
the trip
On the hill: [ Note: all this needs to fit inside
you rucksack unless indicated. ]

- fleece or merino wool are best. Consider layering two or three
thin / micro fleece layers as this can be more effective at controlling
body temperature than one thick one.
